The Objective

To conceptualize and execute a high-impact, multi-project Ramadan campaign for two landmark developments: Divine Al Barari in Majan and Divine Elements in Dubai South. The goal was to leverage the holy month’s spirit of giving to drive high-value investor interest through exclusive financial incentives.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was managing a massive volume of creative assets for multiple properties simultaneously. We needed to maintain a distinct identity for each project while unifying them under a single “Ramadan Exclusive” theme. Furthermore, the campaign had to clearly communicate complex financial offers—such as 50% DLD Waivers and competitive Commission structures—without compromising the premium, tranquil aesthetic.

By providing a turnkey creative solution that included everything from static ad sets to cinematic video elements, we enabled the launch of a cohesive, professional campaign across Dubai South and Majan in record time. The campaign ran from 10 February to 31 March 2026, establishing a dominant digital presence during the most critical period of the real estate calendar.
